A Little Update

I wanted to drop a quick update for you all since it’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve posted or uploaded anything.

In addition to my nerdy hobbies I am also into homesteading, and with summer winding down there has been a lot of work needing to be done in preparation for Fall. Additionally, living in the southeast US, I’ve been keeping an eye on hurricane Ian in the Gulf of Mexico and making sure we have everything in place for when the storm gets to us.

I’ve got a number of articles in the works, but haven’t had time to sit down and work on them with everything going on, but I’m planning to get one out in the next couple of days.

For the praying folk around here, please keep Florida in your prayers. I grew up down there and still have family and friends in the Tampa Bay, Manasota, and Polk County areas. This storm, in a lot of ways, is reminiscent of hurricane Charley back in 2004 which did a lot of damage and affected a lot of people. For anyone reading this in the path of the storm, be safe, and take care of one another.
