I would also mention using services like SimpleLogin (or using the same feature in ProtonPass - they are both from Proton) to obfuscate your email, so you cannot be traced to particular services in the case that some breach happens.
Definitely worth of it - another feature is that you can disable any of these emails, so if some service goes wild with spamming you can just turn it off. Also it helps with tracing what service leaked your email on spam lists :) Btw, I think that Apple has similar feature in their iCloud (not familiar much with it though)
